Best Time
The best times to visit the Annapurna region are Spring and Autumn. The weather during these two seasons is generally clear and dry, So it is not too cold when heading into high altitudes. October, November, April and May are widely considered to be the best times for trekking.
Food and Accommodation
All the tea house accommodation in the Annapurna region is simple single sharing, double and even group sharing dom. It is significantly more difficult to get better accommodation during peak trekking season due to the enormous number of trekkers. Various meal options are available such as dal bhat, momo, chow-mein, thukpa, Tibetan bread, roti, curries, sandwiches, pasta, soup, porridge, etc.
